SERVICES

Fabricating metal allows raw metals to be turned into pre-made shapes for later assembly use. There are a number of processes that can be utilized during the fabrication process, and each of these requires practice and skill to master and complete effectively. Specialized tooling and machining are also generally required.

Aluminum Fabrication

There are very few companies around that can provide quality aluminum welding and fabrication services. This is due to the level of difficulty and skill required to TIG (tungsten inert gas) or MIG weld aluminum. Partec Welding & Fabrication prides itself on providing the highest quality aluminum welding service in Port Huron.

Stainless Steel Fabrication

Partec Welding & Fabrication provides sheet metal TIG welding and fabrication services working with a variety of metals, including stainless steel or titanium for the boating and food processing industries. Our staff is comprised of a unique blend of skillsets allowing us to manage your project from design to installation.

Handrails

Let us help you with your new building to make it safe and pass inspection. Our unique skill set allows us to build, paint, and install your handrail design to keep everyone safe. We build to ASTM A53/A53M code using schedule 40, 1.5 pipe Steel or Aluminum.

Govt. Code Welding

With our employees 20 combined years of welding per code AWS D1.1/D1.1M or D1.2/D1.2M and in-house inspection, this gives us the ability to limit the discontinuities and make your deadlines. We are certified with military grade material.

Production Machining

We have the ability to set up fixtures and Mill your products to specs and tolerances. We have the ability to make complicated shapes and keep costs down using general purpose cutters.
